2021 Genesis GV80 Priced from $48,900, climbs $70k In Top Trim

The Genesis GV80 is a luxury SUV brand that made its debut in 2020. During its launch in January, the company promised that the SUV would reach out to the dealerships of North America by summers. Fortunately, spring is almost here, and the company has recently disclosed the pricing info of the three trims, namely, Standard, Advanced, and Prestige.

The base price of the 2021 Genesis GV80, rumored to be $50,000, is very close to the MSRP of $48,900. Moreover, the base price of the 2021 Genesis GV80 covers the destination charge of $1,025. The 2021 Genesis GV80 is an all rear-wheel-drive car with a turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 300 hp. It competes with rivals like the BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE Class, Audi Q7, and Volvo XC90 in many aspects.

The interior of the 2021 Genesis GV80 consists of leatherette standard heated seats, ambient lights, airbags, a rearview camera, and a range of other security, safety, and assistance features. The mid-level 2021 Genesis GV80 models began at a base MSRP of $52,800 and packaged with 21” stereo speakers, ventilated seats, panoramic roof, and heated steering wheel.

Similarly, higher-level trims of the 2021 Genesis GV80, such as Prestige, have an MSRP of $57,050 and include all advanced features of the lower trims along with second-row heat and bolstering, 20″ wheels, and advanced driver-assist features. But, the next-level trims that have all-wheel-drive (AWD) 2021 Genesis GV80 trims escalate the value even higher.

The AWD is available as an optional feature in all the four-cylinder trims of 2021 Genesis GV80; however, the cost of package will be $5,750 for the Standard trim, $6,200 for the Advanced model, and $6,350 for the Prestige model. However, the price difference between the AWD trims and the Standard, Advanced, and Prestige trims is not just related to the AWD. The higher price also includes features like a standard panoramic roof, and camera, as well as options for seating.

The company is pushing people towards the V-6 AWD trims because they offer 370 hp or 275 kW and include the standard road-sensing suspension besides the AWD feature. The MSRP of the 2021 Genesis GV80 3.5T Standard AWD is $59,150.

Similarly, the MSRP of the 2021 Genesis GV80 3.5T Advanced and Prestige trims os $64,350 and $70,950. At these trims, owners will get features like 22″tires, Nappa leather seats, 12.3″ 3D instrument cluster, power or ventilated second-row seats, a head-up display, and all driving assist features.

Additionally, the Genesis road-noise cancellation system only comes with the 2021 Genesis GV80 3.5T trims. By and large, the system makes use of sound waves to cancel sound from outside the vehicle to enter inside it. Also,
