It's got a twin-turbo V6 that makes 385 horsepower and 384 pounds of torque, a nine-speed automatic that goes through gears like lightning and, more importantly, that classic AMG exhaust that sounds like thunderbolts. The changes in the current generation of C 43 AMG are subtle, but more importantly, they added bigger turbos and bumped the horsepower up from 362 to 385. All-wheel-Drive is the only option. While in the 0-60, it remains the same.
One of the easiest ways to tell the difference is on the back, with big round exhaust pipes. Even though you used to like the old design, trust us, you are going to love this one too. It just adds that much more aggression. The interior got an update also with a neat digital dashboard, a digital steering wheel with readouts, and nifty AMG race seats. Though these interior options are all optional, if you get this car, you need to have those options; otherwise, the rest of the interior is really really bland.

You can get this car in Coupe, Cabriolet, or sedan. Obviously, the sedan is the most practical, but if you consider us, you should go with the coupe because of its the most attractive combination. It's almost like a beautiful/handsome woman/man in her/his gym outfit instead if their office attire.

Without any extra versions and so much to choose it totally comes down to one’s personal preferences. Getting exteriors add-ons like carbon-fiber spoilers, 19-inch twin 5 spoke wheels will increase the car's performance. Investing some extra money on getting additional safety features, upgrading comfort level and several assists like Park assist or speed limit assist will not hurt at all.
The C43 is blessed with enhanced 3.0L V6 bi-turbo 385 hp engine with Nano slide cylinder wall technology paired with 9-speed automatic transmission producing 384 lb.-ft. of torque.
The combination of such a powerful engine with the aerodynamic AMG style body makes this car totally unstoppable.

The Mercedes-Benz AMG C43 has a hint of AMG style body but it is more of a sleeper and looks more like a C-class diesel than an AMG C63. The AMG C43 has a fully redesigned body, its AMG style Grille, boot lid spoiler, rear diffuser, AMG quad exhaust, LED lighting makes it a very aggressive front and sportier rear look but a sleek calm side profile.
Weighing 3,9379lbs, it has a body length of 184.8 inches and a width of 71.3 inches with a body height of 55.3 inches which makes it sleeker than a C63 but big enough to make it a four-seater. The AMG C43 has received an entirely refreshed design on the exterior that gives it a unique personality now.
The AMG C43 has not been tested by the NHTSA or the IIHS yet. But Mercedes is known for offering a lot in terms of safety. Now with the use of hybrid aluminum and stainless steel chassis, the C43 is said to be safer than before with improved overall rigidity, occupant protection along with reduced weight.
Safety Features
Ensuring the highest safety parameters, Mercedes gave enough safety features to all the vehicles rolling out of their facilities. The AMG C43 gets a similar treatment with the following features.
The C43 AMG & M2 are both entry-level performance cars from both brands. Here the M2 manages to have better engine performance figures and a manual transmission. But if you are looking for luxury in your performance-focused vehicle then there's nothing that beats Mercedes. In the end, it's a pick between pure performance and luxury mixed with performance.
But if you are looking for luxury in your performance-focused vehicle then there's nothing that beats Mercedes. In the end, it's a pick between pure performance and luxury mixed with performance.
The Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400 Coupe offers a lot in terms of performance. It does manage to offer better horsepower figures but lacks a little in terms of torque.
Also in terms of aesthetics, you will find the C 43 much better than the Q60. The C43 AMG is a better overall package in every segment you would compare the Q60 with.
The Mustang is offered as an all-out American Muscle car for the regular guy. Still featuring a big V8 engine, the Mustang doesn't have much to offer.
On the other hand, Mercedes offers better performance along with better fuel economy but it also costs almost 10 Grands more. So the final choice will be on your personal preference as to what purpose you are going to use your car.
The Mercedes-Benz AMG C43 is a performance coupe. With so many options to customize the exteriors, interiors and safety features, it is more like a customer car. The AMG style body with low ground clearance gives it a low profile sporty look enhancing its Aerodynamics and driving dynamics.
The car has awesome fuel efficiency than its rival, has one of the strongest powerhouses in the whole class, with the best in class interiors. Well, it does have quite small boot and is a bit underperforming than others, but when it comes to standard, styling, and practicality the AMG C43 rules the segment in the same price bracket.
